Marla Camin

President

Marla Camins, President East Brunswick Arts Coalition, is a longtime resident of East Brunswick, and an award-winning, professional writer. In addition to working as a marketing professional in her day job at Wakefern Food Corp., she has been a professional screenwriter for over a decade. Ms. Camins is also a veteran of the entertainment industry, having worked as a full-time staff editor at one of the country’s best selling and most popular national entertainment magazines, In Touch Weekly, for over two decades, before transitioning into the corporate communications arena. She’s raised three kids in East Brunswick, and when she’s not working with her fellow EBAC board members to brainstorm ways to bring more arts and culture to the community – she can be found working on her latest TV pilot and/or studying – she’s currently working on her masters degree in business at Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia.
